Do you know how to file a VA claim?

Did you know that veterans who were honorably discharged and are suffering from a medical disability that occurred during their time of service are qualified to file and receive disability benefits? Your benefits are determined based on the disability rating, whether or not you have dependents are among some of the factors taken into consideration. Filing a VA claim can be a lengthy and arduous process. So start with the official disability application VA Form 21-526EZ to file your claim. This form can be completed using the downloadable PDF and mail in your application, use a legal representative to submit the form, with a local regional office representative, or completed online. If completed online this may expedite your filing process. You have the option to choose the standard review or the fully developed claim process. The standard review will be in item 1 of the form. This option allows you to submit evidence later with your application. The other option is filing a fully developed claim. This option indicates that you will submit all evidence with the application to support your claim but that does not mean you cannot submit evidence later. If you are in need of assistance with completing your application for disability benefits, don’t delay and contact DMV Medical Group, LLC Consulting today!
